Con la lectura de este artículo, te invito a realizar un recorrido por el frondoso Valle de Paul , en el que sus habitantes, aún conservan un modo de vida más directamente implicado con la naturaleza. Un mundo rural donde proliferan las plantaciones de plátanos y caña de azúcar, y en la que abundan los “trapiches”, unas destilerías artesanales, en las que se produce, el aguardiente nacional, conocido como "Grogue".
